Which Male Name do you Prefer?

I need a bit of help. I'm writing a book and cant decide on a good name for my main character. I want something catchy, and that sounds good just by knowing his name. I have a list to choose from.

Michael

Skyler

Alexander

Nathan

Shane

it depends on what kind of character the main is playing'

if it is a "prince charming/gentlemen character": Edward, Alexander,Allen

jock: Shane, Nathan

cute: Aiden, Skyler

punk: michael..i guess lol.

that means he could be the hero type or possibly the artsy type

for a book i like skyler: its unusual, i would probably make a good character name : other wise i would go with shane

Aidan and Skyler are more catchy in my opinion because you don't hear those names a lot. It's usually Brad, John, Christopher, Alex, James, etc.
