Which Maui airport should I fly in to?

What's the difference between flying into Kahului vs. Hana? Is there an advantage to Hana? I'm wondering because flights to Kahului seem to be cheaper, by at least $100... Anyone know why and if it really matters where I fly into?

Hana is far away from most everything, unless you plan to just stay there. Kahalui is much more centrally located, and you can get transportation to your hotel (if it's in the more populated areas) more easily.
