i would have to say Eddie Guerrero did when he came over to WCW but there were other guys that could have did it(Rey Mysterio, Juventud, La Parka, and Psicosis) but Eddie stuck out the most in my mind

Hurricanna.

That move is part of what makes cruiserweight matches so great and entertaining. It is in almost ever cruiserweight's arsenal and is very fun to watch.

There are also many variations on the classic move. My favorite version besides the original is the hurricanna into th DDT. It can either be a regular move, a spot, or even a finisher.

Doesn't get much better than that.
