Which Mickey Mouse Clubhouse toy is better?

Question

I noticed there are two different playhouse sets, one from Fisher Price and one with the handle between the ears, which one is more fun to play with, more activities etc.

And about the figurines, there seems to be two sets, one with all the characters and another animal like a lion and chip and dale and the other set where each one has a vehicle type item...do they both fit on either play set? Thanks !!!
