wow, im suprised that more people didnt choose martin for the nicest, i choose mark martin by a mile, he always admits to his mistakes congratulates drivers, and always seems to have a smile even if he loses the race by a long shot

as for the most arrogant, a few years ago i would have said tony stuart but he has become quite the respectable driver since then, overall id go with montoya

I say JR in both areas nicest since seems be majority of opinions here that he friendlyest with the guys and arrogant sine he thinks he can do anything he wants  to win (except drive well)

nicest: jeff burton, elliot sadler, dale earnhardt jr, joey logano(and to the guy who said he was not. he is, have you seen his interviews and he keeps smiling and has not said anything bad or done anything wrong so i think you are mistaking him for someone else) tony stewart( i will say this he has calmed down over the past few years he was not as mad as he was when he started. and lately when he wrecked and some  people who were in the same wreck he apologized and said he was sorry if he took you out of the race. he has matured)

and the rest have not seen them much and what they have to say about the race i cant tell yet but that it is pretty much it for now

Arrogant:  Kyle.  And as far as almost everyone saying JPM is arrogant, I've never seen that.   He's had the most impressive driving career of anybody in Nascar, so at least he can back up his "arrogance"  The man won the Indy 500 in his only attempt but more importantly,he won 7 grands prix, including the greatest motor race in the world, The Monaco Grand Prix.  Look, I absolutely love Nascar, but like it or not, F1 IS the pinnacle of motorsport on planet Earth.

...that's how most of the answers will look unless they are unbiased. I'd say JPM is the most arrogant just from the interviews. As for nicest I don't know that because I don't know them personally

And I'll throw in Richard Childress as nicest owner JD Gibbs as most arrogant.  (Coach I can stand, even respect, but JD seems like a punk)

As for most arrogant, I don't know. For years it was Dale Sr but since he's gone NASCAR hasn't tolerated much bad boy behavior like he put out.

I love "Concrete Carl" to death, he's my sweetie, but I think Jeff Burton has got nice, gentlemanly, politeness and clean driving down to an art.

JPM and Rowdy are the current most arrogant drivers.

Most of the guys are all pretty nice, tho, seeing the pressures they are under!

the nicest is either carl edwards because he has a lot of respect or kyle petty because he does a lot of charity work and the most arrogant is obviously kyle busch,and I don't think I need to state the reasons for that
