You're right. They are one of the worst run sports franchises of the last 30 years.

The Clippers for the most years of being in the crapper.  But the Isiah Thomas era of the Knicks is pretty bad.  For amount of damage done in short period of time, I'd give it to the Knicks franchise.  The lawsuit filed on Isiah and the Knicks organization might be the icing on the cake for worst franchise.

They have been around much longer then the Bobcats which is in MC's opinion and they have gone nowhere and are going nowhere. They have improved but still arn't even a playoff team. So yes, the Clippers.
