I think it'd have to be Dennis Rodman between (those two).  Rodman's rebounding numbers are phenomenal for his size- and he is best known for tipping the ball to himself.  We see clips and clips of Rodman diving for balls, fighting for balls on the floor (esp. when he was part of the "Bad Boys" in Detroit).  

Michael is known for many things - but i don't think "hustle" is one of them.

against mchale, malone, barkley, kemp, shaq, the dream, david robinson, pat ewing, buck williams, dikembe... and sooo many players taller, bigger, more athletic and stronger than dennis yet he always came out the winner.  self-tip the ball, dive into the crowd, stealing, taking charges (real ones), grind it out rebounds, save the ball from going out of bounds. man! thats hustle.

rodman was known for his hustling and rebounding.  even his rebounds needed some hustling, he would tap the ball form under the basket and sometimes all the way to the 3 point line to get control of it.
