Dennis Rodman

I choose Rodman over all of the others because of how consistent he has been with his craziness, and how he has been able to maintain it over such a long period of time.  He has been involved with a variety of antics, both on and off the court.  Many of the other players you mentioned have only been involved with an isolated incident, or incidents just on the court or just off the court.  Rodman has a history of all kinds of incidents both on and off the court.  He is definitely in a class all by himself.

I don't know much about basketball but I would say (without a doubt).. Dennis Rodman.. I didn't even have to look at the options, his name immediately sprung to mind. He's one of the strangest people I've ever seen!
