Which NBA teams has made the best offseason moves?

I think that the Clippers have made the best off-season moves by far. They made the best out of the worst situation possible, which was losing Elton Brand. After losing Elton Brand the Clippers management quickly rebounded by getting Baron Davis, Marcus Camby, Ricky Davis, Jason Williams, Brian Skinner, Jason Hart, and Steve Novak. They also got decent players for very little money, for example Ricky Davis and Jason Williams are only getting paid about 2 million a year. They also got Marcus Camby for nothing, and his contract is cap friendly at 7 million. The Cliippers have made the best offseason moves in my opinion, I can't wait to see them this year. They will be a fun team to watch.

How is Camby's contrct 7 Mil he makes 10 mil and Ricky davis and williams are part of the 15 win heat team how is that going to make them better they lost Brand and Maggette and they only guy they got that matters is Davis the winners of this offseason.

Sixers: Getting Brand helps and they resigned Iggy

Toronto: Getting O'Neal helps and O'Neal is a Center so he will compliment Bosh and they resigned Calderon and losing no one.

Rockets: Getting Artest for no one is good but can they resign Landry

Cleveland: Getting Mo Williams seems to have made Lebron happy

And the biggest winner of this offseason is Europian teams they got like 10 nba players this offseason.

It was a shocker when Brand left.  I mean if Brand stayed just getting Baron was huge.  Clippers could have folded but they did make lots of moves, hopefully it pays off.

I think sometimes Sixers have made the best move by just acquiring Brand with such a young lineup.  

I do hope Clippers beat sixers both times that they play them though.

Clippers played the off season perfectly. Hopefully they play as well as they look on paper. I'm gonna miss Elton but we needed a more aggressive line up. I mean Elton was a consistent player but I didn't really see him impact the game too much. he would score points but never really pushed and pulled the team to victory like other players(Kobe, Garnett, Chris Paul) Hopefully Camby and Davis are hungry enough for a playoff run this upcoming season.
