NCAA 08, not 09 right?  The version with the Boise St. QB on the cover.  You'll have a blast playing with Oregon.  Even Missouri is a viable option with Chase Daniels, though he's not as fast as White or Dixon - he's more accurate in the game throwing.  Illinois is another good option playing as Juice Williams with the spread (though his receivers in the game are horrible).  However, the absolute best choice in that game outside of West Virginia is Florida.  What you lack in a good RB in the game, you more than make up for with Tebow running over people.  He's like a toned down version of Bo Jackson in that game.
