Which NFL team is worth "hating?" The Oakland Raiders or the New England Patriots?

I heard this on the radio a couple of weeks back. Here in San Diego, we have a rivalry with our buddies from NorCal, the Oakland Raiders.

However, the DJ on the radio made this statement; the Raiders aren't even worth hating since we have beaten them numerous times in the past eight years or so. Instead of the Raiders, the guy said we should direct our "hate" to the Patriots because they are actually a good team (not a hate-hate but a rivalry kind of hate if you get my drift).

So, which team is worth hating? The Raiders or the Patriots?

HATE The Raiders, we HATE you. LOL. Soon The Pats won't be worth Hating. Every team has their ups and downs. Pats were up now they are on their way down. Raiders were down now they are on their way UP. The Pats have nothing to do with to do with division rivals. Raider Fans will ALWAYS HATE the Chargers, The Broncos, and The Chiefs. Just like Bronco Fans will always hate Raiders, Chargers, Chiefs. KC fans will always Hate Raiders, Chargers and Broncos etc. The AFC West has a tradition of rivalry. Remember to even get to the Pats where it will really count you need to go through the Raiders, Broncos and Chiefs. KEEP TRADITION ALIVE!!!! Just hate the Pats because they are a bunch of cheating *******. HATE THE RAIDERS on tradition and principal. If you are not a bandwagon fan don't be a bandwagon HATER!!!!

pats are worthy of my hate and yea i dont watch the raiders play so wat fake hate do they deserve and i hate band wagoners and of course they all loved the pats being how band wagoners are

The Patriots by far, there cocky, they cheat, and for years they were the laughing stock of the NFL, then all of a sudden they come out of the wood work (Tuck Rule Game vs. Raiders kicked it off) and now they walk around like they've always been a contender for the Super Bowl, its bullshit really. I loved how the nation (to me) seemed to come together as a whole AGAINST New England in the Super Bowl this past year. Plus (wrap your mind around this) the year the Pats won the Super Bowl (2001), coincidence?? The Patriots,  9/11, ra-ra America going on nation wide, a big lift to our spirits because they went from worst to first, or winners for a reason??? (Intervention by a higher authority)
