I think the panthers now that jake delhome is health and have an upgraded defense plus they got better recivers like Mohammad.

Its a shame steve got suspended

    The Rams are easily a 10 win team. (Given their division..)

  3. I like the Arizona Cardinals to make the biggest improvement. We all know that the offense is loaded with talent. Russ Grimm will get the line in shape. They already have one year under their belts of understanding the offense. Leinart seems to be rededicating himself to being an NFL QB. If he still isn't ready, Warner will step in. Boldin is upset about his contract, but he will get over it in time to play. Fitzgerald is another top notch receiver to prevent any double teams. Also, Whisenhunt will get the running game going this year. James is older, but he will have help this year other than J.J. Arrington.

    For the defense, Clancy Pendergast has to get these guys to figure out a pass rush. Their secondary is not stellar, but NY proved last season that a good pass rush will prevent the big play against a weak secondary.

    Overall, I see them stealing this division from a Seattle team that has a lame duck head coach in Holmgren, a 49ers team with no identity, and a St. Louis team still trying to find the magic of 1999.

    second delhome will get injured again cuz hes getting old

    they got rid of there best runner

    they have no upgraded dfense(still no secondary buddy)

    just 2 good linebackers and 2 good linesmen

    how are they suppose to win if they are fighting each other haha

    to answer your questions the Saints will

    with Shockey here that gives brees a second target...the other being colston

    bush is healthy and will be good in the passing game while deuce will be back and deadly

    not to mention our pro bowl linesmen jammal brown

    and brees...the second best qb in the nfc(other bein favre lol)

    and now sedriock ellis, will smith, and charles grant on our d-line? oooohhhhhh thats gonna hurt delhome

    and jonothan vilma and dan morgan will even be an asset

    and mike mckenzie is one of the best and underrated corners in the game and the addition of g*y will help greatly

    i say saints take the division and get a play off spot but wont get that far

  5. I think the Dolphins will have the biggest improvement. You can only get better from a 1-15 season right? There's no way they'll do the same or go winless.

I'm going to go with the Niners, they have the weakest division in the league right now.  Last year their defense showed some signs of being good considering the fact that they had the worst offense in the history of the league and yet they still managed to win some games.  With Martz as their new offensive coordinator you can't argue that that face alone makes them at least slightly scary toward opposing defensive coordinators.

  10. biggest improvement will have to go to the oakland raiders. they had the most active off season picking up a fenominal corner in deagolo hall a great runner in mcfadden and javon walker. they also have an underground dt who pulled in five sacks as dt wich is very good. burgess and nasgami the other corner i cant spell his name but they should definately be on track for a wild card position.

  11. Well, when you talk about teams that can improve, we have quite an assortment to choose from.

    But from all of it, I believe the Saints will be the most improved.

    They had a horrible start last season, and injuries just killed them. All they have to do is get their RB situation figured out. Duece's knees are shot, and Bush can't do c**p lined up at HB.

    Next will come the Vikings.
