  1. Definitely the Raiders with Russell playing this year and McFadden/Fargas. But you are right the only thing the Dolphins have to do is win 2 games to double there record. I guess it depends on what you call a turn around. Even if The Dolphins double the win record from last season they are still a sad losing team. If the Raiders Double their win record from last season they are a wildcard team. So RAIDERS ALL THE WAY!!!

  2. The Raiders. Great secondary probably the best in the league and a great baCKfield. The D-line has improved and Tommy Kelly and the rest of the D-line looked solid against the 49ers, but then again they were playing the 49ers. I think the Dolphins might be able to go 2-14 this season.

  3. yeah but the dolphins going 3-13 isnt really that big of a turn around. The Bengals have a pretty good RB, he's been hurt for the past few seasons but now he's back and since Palmer cant throw the ball anymore the RB will take over so I will put my money on them having a good comeback

  4. Even though I dislike the Raiders I have to agree that they will be the most improved team of this season.   Jamarcus Russell really has a cannon, and McFadden is an amazing Running back.   McFadden also has a decent throwing arm on him.

The Dolphins may have to win less games to have a better record, but they'll have to win more than 2 games to be considered a turn around.   There will probably be teams with winning records that have more improvement than that.

  5. Not a huge turnaround, but the Buffalo Bills will fly under the radar and ridiculed as usual, but I think if they stay healthy and with the easier schedule can possibly pull off 10-6 and sneak into the playoffs.

I think this b/c if you all remember Bills had 14 ppl on IR last year, devastating losses to Dallas and Denver at the last second, humilated by the Pats and were still in the playoff mix heading into week 15 last year.  The schedule is easier playing the NFC west this year, which is a lot worse than the NFC east, plus I think with the defense amped up with Stroud and Mitchell will be a force to be reckoned with.  Go ahead, dismiss Buffalo, its possible they fall short again, but they are a sleeper in my mind.

  6. carolina panthers

  7. The Cardinals, they stepped up there defense, and got a little better on offense
