Which Olympic gymnast do you like best: Nastia Liukin or Shawn Johnson ?

I think they are about even, but they have such different styles that it's difficult to compare. Nastia is so graceful and elegant that she seems to almost float through her routines. But Shawn is definately the stronger acrobat. Some of those passes Shawn did on the beam absolutely had my jaw dropping.

I also think Shawn has the better personality. You can just see the pure joy on her face at almost every moment. But Nastia is so intense that it's difficult to tell what's going through her mind. When she finished 2nd in the beam, it looked like she was angry despite what she says about being really happy for Shawn. Although I think what happened with the team competition and with the uneven bars may have left a bad taste in her mouth for silver.

Personally i like Shawn better, and before you say it im not a creep who is going to hunt her down i just turned on the tv and saw her smile. I was hooked.

Shawn Johnson, she is so cute and beautiful, and I wish I could meet her because She looks like she would be a load of fun just to hang out with.  Nastia is pretty but I think her dad might kill me if I looked at him in the wrong way.  Go Shawn! Lets go out! JK... actually, no, that would be awesome.

Shawn is cute. Nastia is beautiful and will look better as she ages. Carly was cute too, now 4 years later, she's nothing that special. As for personality, I think Shawn would be more fun. Nastia acts older. I think Shawn is still a virgin, but suspect Nastia is not. Boys make you grow up faster and not be so cutesy, and you know that at 19, she's had her share of dates. If I'm wrong, she won't be a virgin much longer at college. Being the daughter of a doting dad, she'll look for a guy who will treat her right. And I bet she finds it.

The long lines of Nastia Luikin cannot be surpassed.  That is what gymnasts should look like. She should get points for having the right physique, meanwhile China should be deducted pts for sending underage midgets. Something needs to be done!

Shawn and Nastia are both beautiful and all...Shawn is shorter [4'9] and i think she presents better...Nastia is amazing too...it is a really hard question to answer...

Shawn Johnson!  She has much more positive energy coming from her.  I think she is very thankful for the opportunity to represent America and she really enjoyed herself at the Games.  Nastia seemed to only smile when things went her way.  She forgets how much other American gymnasts would give in order to be in her situation.  On the other hand, silver or gold, Shawn Johnson always SMILED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
