I have never tried N.Y.X, but M.A.C is my go to makeup. I find no fault with it. Great range of colors and long wearing. Plus anyone who's anyone is Hollywood raves about it. LOL. It is a tad pricey but I believe you pay for what you get. I am completely satisfied with M.A.C products.

I think MAC is better but people prefer N.Y.X. because it's so cheap.
