Which Ontario Vehicle License office takes the best or worst pictures for your driver's license?

They all look pretty grim and I've been doing this for more than 30 years. There are no smiles allowed anymore and the offices all use a standard camera.

The pictures are being taken by people who do not care, they get 15 minutes training on the camera and the become instant experts. My newest license in the new so called secure format, is terrible, If I had not been there when it was taken, I would not even know it was me. I asked if it could be retaken and I was told,NO!
