Which Phone should i get? ?

is there any high quality phone i can get from ebay or anywhere (not china) thats 100% original, that costs under $400 or around 400. preferibly touch screen, and not the lg viewty, please

you are better off going with the pay as you go phone, it is cheaper and you don't get signed up for a long plan. Sometimes things change and then you can't afford the costly plan later in life. Easier to go cheaper from the beginning.

I've just ordered the new Samsung Soul Midnight U900.

I think you should too, its s*x encased in plastic ;)

...or the Samsung Tocco is awesome too, but i'm not a fan of touchscreen
