The contrast is better in the first pic, which really brings out your eyes and underlines your facial structure. And might I add that you are very pretty.

Honestly, #1 has got some obvious blur to it, though it is great.

#2 can definitely be adjusted, sharpened, straightened and improved in Photoshop for a pretty good result, but the final version would be best in a smaller photo size like a 4x6.

So for that reason, I go with #2, but I strongly suggest you improve the lighting conditions and retake the photos.  If you have the feature on your camera, use the "burst" feature which takes several quick shots back to back and then you have more choices for a perfect shot for your album!
