Here is the bag that I use and I LOVE it.  I have the Powair water bag, available at www.ringside.com or www.titleboxing.com.  The bag is about 30"-36" in length and weighs 120 lbs.  A sand-filled bag settles to the bottom making the lower half extremely hard, like hitting a concrete wall.  The water bag doesn't settle and it has give to it, making it feel like hitting a real person.

I don't like the water bag with the foam liner.  They are too soft for me.  I prefer the regular water bag.  It also has a warranty on the bladder.  I have had mine for over 7 years.
