I have both DLO and J. Stewart and need to start one (no other options). Which one would you chose? I'm thinking DLO.

  1. I usually shy away from starting rookies in the first week or two of the season, but I'd probably go with Stewart.  Deangelo hasn't really done all that much during his time with Carolina, and I think if anybody gets the TDs and big plays, it'll be Stewart.  Neither one of them is that much of a better option than the other, though.

  2. Down the road as he learns how to step his game up, Stewart is a no-brainer to get the majority of touches.  But week 1...I think you have the right idea with DLO.

  3. jonathan stewart. williams will be a third down guy and just hasnt been as good as he should be. stewert is fast young and might do better with the line

  4. D.Williams, he has looked good all preseason.  With Foster moving to San Fran and the Panthers spending such a high pick on a new RB he knows its time to sink or swim.  Stewart is a rookie running back in week 1 nuff said.

  5. I have the exact same problem!  I had planned to start DeAngelo Williams up until this morning when I saw that the ESPN and Yahoo! "Experts" had Stewart as the better option on their week 1 rankings.  I'm going to stick with Williams, he's looked great in the preseason.  Here's hoping...

  6. Start Deangelo Williams!!

  7. Both runningbacks will see very limited action (at least for the first few weeks) I don't think it will make a very big difference (fantasy-wise) if you start either of these guys. Just close your eyes and pick one.
