Which RB should I take?

i need a good RB. Here is the list of ones I can pick up, which one should I get?

rookie running backs aren't always a great choice so it would be better to get them as backups (obviously adrian peterson was an exception last year). Look at teams offensive lines and if there is another running back on their team that might steal some playing time. Some good running back would be LT, Ryan Grant(just makes sure Favre is retired so he'll get more playing time), Adrian Peterson, Joseph Addai, Marion Barber
