In truth, Active Duty is the real best choice but if you have to go Reserve, the Army is the way to go. They have the best benefits and sign on bonuses.

That depends on what job you want. If you're just looking for education benefits usually the Army National Guard or Air National Guard have more benefits, but again it depends on what job. I was in the Air National Guard and loved it, especially my active duty time.
