Which Restaurant: Olive Garden or Applebees?

Question

Those are my two favorite restaurants.

I like to order a grilled cheese and fries at Applebees and

fettuccine alfredo at Olive Garden. What do you like to order?

I think applebee's wins if its late because they have half off appitizers after 9 which is a really good deal, but if your going during the day since they both cost alot i'd probably go to olive garden because their breadsticks are amazinngggg!

Olive Garden much better, prices are higher but the food is much better and the service is much better. The service staff is dressed much better  at Olive Garden than Apple Bee's.

Olive Garden to me is the best. Last time I went to Applebees, we had to pay for water.

olive garden is too expensive and puts to much cheese non eveything and applebees food is just of poor quality and their menu is boring.

but i LOVE olive garden salad.

I love Olive Garden.  The shrimp and linguini is my favorite.

We have a couple of Applebees in our area and I refuse to go back to them because of the terrible service we have received.  I even e-mailed Applebees "Eating Good in the Neighborhood?  NOT MY NEIGHBORHOOD!", but didn't get a response from corportate.  Guess they don't really care about their customers.

Well, it depends also what type of atmosphere you are looking for. It seems Applebees is also a place to meet up w/ friends for a drink late and Olive Garden is more of a dinner type restaurant.

But what I would pick? OLIVE GARDEN!!! :) You can make a grilled cheese at home and have it taste as good, but their fettuccine alredo is GREAT and I haven't found an alfredo sauce as good as Olive Gardens!

Olive Garden! I got really, really sick  after eating at Applebees one time and I'll never eat there again!

I like Olive Garden's alfredo and breadsticks...their salads are really good too!

I don't like Applebees...

But I LOVE Olive Garden...  Everything I've ever tried there has been fabulous!  But my favorite thing there is the alfredo sauce... when I go I always get a side of it to dip my bread sticks in... mmmmmm....

I prefer Olivia Garden.  I like to order the unlimited soup & bread. Then I usually get a pasta dish with any type of fish.

I love Olive Garden.....I like the soup, salad, and breadsticks; fettuccine alfredo; the Tour of Italy; and most of their specials of the month

I also like Applebees, but not as much.  I like their Turkey Ciabatta sandwich the most.  I don't go to Applebees all that often, but when I do, that's what I get.
