  1. LINKSYS! I've used D-link, Belkin and Linksys as well as the commercial Cisco routers. I swear by Linksys! I have had more D-Link and Belkin routers fail and never had an issue with a Linksys!

  2. I've used both. The D-Links have interesting features.  I have had very good results from both.

  3. I highly recommend the WRT54G, it's reliable and the antennae are pretty long, for better reception. I personally have a WRT54GL and it works great.

If you get one look at either newegg.com or tiger.com

  4. Linksys Routers are the best out there. The 54G router got Newegg.com's product choice award about 13 times in a row now. I used that router prior to my new 150N, it worked great. Tigerdirect has the 54G on sale, I think. (It did earlier this week)

  5. If those are your only two option then I'd go Linksys.  I'd recommend getting a Netgear or Belkin above those either of those personally.  I had nothing but problems with D-Link and won't buy theirs anymore.  I've had very good luck with my Linksys but I know a lot of people who have had problems with their routers wireless that forced them to powercycle it constantly to keep it working.
