From your choices I would say go with McFadden.

Maroney is not a very good producer for a fantasy RB. He only played in 13 games last season, but he wouldn't have gotten 1,000 yards rushing even if he did play in all 16. His offense is way to pass oriented for him to put up the stats you need.

They have been reporting that Ricky Williams has been impressive in camp, but he is not the starter right now. Ronnie Brown will begin the season the starter, what happens after that we will see.

McFadden has looked very impressive in camp, as well as the pre season games, and it is looking like he will be worth the money they paid for him.

McFadden would be the one I start. All three players you list will be playing against average or bad defenses.
