Which SAT II's should I take? Please - I need help?

I want to become an actress, but there's also a chance that I want to be either a psychologist or a nurse, so which SAT II's should I take for these careers?

Literature, since you want to become and actress, it would help if you showed you know some plays (like Tennessee Williams and Shakespeare). Writing, is also important (it really depends on what school you're aspiring to go to but what school won't accept you if you're a good writer or have good "written communication" skills). As for the nurse job, you might want to take the biology e/m subject test so that you can get into a school with a good pre-med program.
