Very hard to answer since they are all different.  They are not cookie cutter like some people think so it would depend on what your taste would be.  My wife loves the White House in Jamaica.  It was the only Sandals built from the ground up.  I like the Grande in St Lucia.  Great spot with the Caribbean on one side and the Atlantic on the other.  If you are thinking of going I would suggest you find a local travel agent who is Sandals Certified and they should be able to walk you through each resort.  They have first hand knowledge of the resorts that may help you.
