  1. SIRIUS ALL THE WAY.

If the DOJ & FCC ever gets there posterior of there seats... And approve the merger of XM & Sirius.

Sat radio will be the biggest thing going.

I've been with Sirius for now over five years & Love it.

  2. Working in a company that sells both products, i would have to say Sirius is way better. They offer way more then xm does. commercial free, u can pause, rewind, and fast forward live radio. Also the rate i think is cheaper too. sirius also looks better.

  3. You really need to check out the channel lineups on each one.

I like XM because the units are smaller and easier to install.

They have a stronger FM signal for those that use the FM modulators.

  4. cool

  5. I love my Sirius. Good mix of music, NFL radio, and of course Howard Stern. Alt Nation 21

  6. Depends on what you like, your price range, etc.  I have been an XM subscriber for 4yrs.  Use to have NASCAR on there but they moved to Sirius.  They do have Baseball, Hockey, College Football & College Basketball, if you like sports.  As for talk radio, I love Glenn Beck, Quinn & Rose, Sean Hannity (if I can't listen to Dale Sommers), & can get 700WLW radio feed, if I want a piece of home.  That's for starters.  As for music, it all depends on what you like. There are channels dedicated to nearly every type of music & a mix, if you are in the mood.  Most of it is commercial free & if a music channels has commercials, it will have a cm on the channel listings.  Many music channels can be accessed online, so if you can't listen to your XM, you can listen via internet.  If I remember right, XM has a total of 170 channels.  Your best bet is to check both companies websites, look at the equipment, & compare.  They are both similar in many ways.  Good luck!!

  7. I have XM and like it too many channels you get stuck on your favorate ones and just listen to those. There was a mailer saying the XM and Sirius was merging but it hasnt happend I listen to my XM in the car and online in the office through my PC with some good PC speakers it sounds good my office enjoys it .

  8. If music is what you're after, I'd highly recommend XM.  Sirius's music is the same old stuff you hear on FM radio.  XM strives to dig deeper and have larger playlists.  It's great to listen to all day long, and I can stay on one station for days.  You can try out each one's music channels for 3 days for free online at sirius.com and xmradio.com
