There are schools that have volleyball for boys.  In the greater Houston area, there are several private schools that have varsity programs.  In the public schools in the greater Houston area, there are some schools in the Clear Lake area that have club programs.  They are allowed to use school property, but do not have the funding of a varsity program.  I know that they have tournaments with schools from the Dallas area that travel here.  And I know San Antonio used to have programs that would travel here too.
