Which Sky or BT internet package is best in South East England?

Question

We currently have BT internet & pay for all landline landline calls but no sky & are not sure what options are available out there. We are considering getting sky but its such a minefield when you are no technically minded there are so many deals. Can anyone share there experience please? We use mainly landline calls dont watch loads of tv but would like to have more general choice & only use internet for emails & to look up general information. Can anyone help?

im on bt,and they seem good...ive heared that the sky router can suffer from tech problems
