Which Sound system for TV & PC & XBOX 360 , And how will it work.?

Right Like I have said in the title, which sound system would be best for me.

I want it for Pc , Tv (sky) , Xbox 360. So i want it to be surround sound. But I don't know what type to get , and also whether to go down the route of a Amplifier. I am coming into this totally blind and don't have a clue about this!

My budget is £150 Max probably
