Among the last two? Wings vs Pens, though I did enjoy seeing the Senaturds with captain Icelandic figure skating tranvestite Daniella Alfredsdotter fall on their faces. Perhaps more gratifying was Finnish legend TEEMU SELANNE finally win a Cup.

Definitely the Wings/Pens Final.  The Wings dominated the series, but the games were still close and exciting.  And the losing teams fans still have parts of the series they will enjoy watching forever, like Game 5.  They stole that game and their fans will never forget it.  What do I remember about the Anaheim/Ottawa from the year before???  Daniel Alfredsson shooting the puck at Scott Niedermayer.  That is all I remember because Ottawa was dominated more than the Pens were.  At least the Pens made it look closer on paper.

The wings and pens was closer especially game 5 and it kept you on you where you were. Even the first to games that weren't very close were good games to watch and there was great game play in them so yes it was a better series.

Well, the Sens blew the series against the Ducks, so Wings and Pens was much better. Two shut-outs to begin the series and a game 5 3-OT win for Pitt. in Detroit to keep it alive and follow that up with how close Game 6 was. Basically, Games 5 and 6 make that series one of the best of the whole decade. No huge s***w ups like the Senators against the Ducks.

08 by far....definitely was the two teams that deserved to be there most and the one that deserved it won it....a great effor by both teams but it was really just pure skill going against pure skill   Detroit just didnt blink

One team got absolutely dominated in each case, so neither was that great.  But I'd go with Detroit-Pittsburgh.  The only memorable event in the Sens-Ducks series was when Alfie intentionally shot the puck at Niedermayer.

The Anaheim Ducks vs The Ottawa Senators, seeing the team that I hate most getting their asses kicked by a great team, and I got to watch Selanne & Pronger raise the Stanley Cup :)

Seeing my team loose to the Detroit Red Wings was not fun, especially since my brother & his friends are Red Wings fans, but Game 5 of the Wings & Pens series left me speechless, that game was effin AMAZING!

Toronto fans love to watch the sens lose its as close as Toronto gets to winning these days. Wings vs. Pens was the better final that match up was hyped so much and to watch Detroit literally own Pittsburgh it was beautiful.

Bias aside, 08 was more anticipated.  The "face" of the NHL was upset, and the media frenzy subsided (as much as the standard Eastern Conference hype allows) shortly thereafter.
