Which System Requirement is most important for less lag in WoW?

The CPU, Ram, Video Card, etc.

2. Memory (but pretty much just as important)

3. CPU speed

a older slower video card will give you less graphics and more work for the computer to go through to render the scenery. Hince Lag

Lag can be a problem that occurs when the latency of the network connection isn't favorable for the game you are trying to play.  CPU, RAM, and video card will only help translate that information into playable graphics.  Lag means that your information being sent and received is not keeping up with the rest of the connections.
