Which TV is better, Sony Bravia 32M4000 or Vizio VU32L?

I got Sony Bravia 2 days ago but it takes forever to turn on. It's ridiculous.

I need some help to decide on which one.

The Sony is BY FAR the best of these two! Anyone who advises you otherwise is an absolute idiot. In a 32" LCD, Sony and Panasonic are the best, followed by a little less expensive Toshiba and Sharp.
