Also need help with this question for project. There are a lot of things I would like to get rid of, mainly reality tv but then again that creates big audiences. What do you think, what do you wanna get rid of?

  1. Kate Garraway!

After making a total t!t of herself on the F Word last night and her general old slapperness!

  2. Noel Edmonds - smugly annoying

Richard Maddeley - won't let Judy finish a sentence

    Jonathan Ross - opinionated, loud-mouthed & talentless

All reality shows, for example, Big Brother, X-Factor, I'd do anything, Britain's got talent, Strictly come dancing/skating/circus etc. These shows should be allowed one series for entertainment value then never shown again. Once we know the format it becomes boring.

Soap operas need to be a little less depressing. If I want depressing I can always switch the TV off. What we really need are a few good quality programmes that we can all watch as a family. No swearing, no gore just good, clean, entertainment.

  3. soap operas should be removed-they give people nagative role models to copy-which obviously is a bad thing

  4. The whole of GMTV but with a special mention for their "anchorwoman" Fiona Phillips. Just goes to show that its not what you know but who you know.

The "yoof" presenters on T4-patronising and stupid.

Nicky Campbell- patronising and far too smug!! We all remember you from Wheel of Fortune, Nicky!!

And finally-Tess Daley. She's probably a very lovely woman, but she is offensive.

  5. any of the reality shows and also home improvement shows hate them all - reality because of the people on them - do they have no shame and the home improvement type shows cos I cannot afford to do anything on my pension

  6. Mathew wright.  he is a self richeous moron.  also ann diamond as she is a fool who thinks she knows all

  7. anything that has kerry katona in, adverts magazines newspapers awful awful documentrys about her chav life, anything i cannot stand the woman her voice literally makes my skin crawl

  8. Ann Robertson

  9. Emily Maitlis (the Newsnight presenter). In the past, her agent has actually called the BBC to get details of her rota for her. I mean get some perspective, dear, you don't need an agent if you're reading the news!

  10. Jeremy Kyle, vile,  worse than Jerry springer

    Jonathan Ross overpaid, bloated nobody

    BB because its trash

I'd do anything TV programme, because i loathe Andrew Lloyd Webber and all that phoney lovey stuff

  11. stick with your intincts - and go with reality tv.  the only reason it has such a big audience is because there is no alternative!

Big brother is terrible - just full of wannabe's who are grabbing their chance of being celebrity for doing absolutely nothing!  unfortunately, whilst we have the current celebrity obsessed media, then nothing will change.  to some people - being a "celebrity" is a genuine carear choice!

To that end I would like to see BB erradicated from our screens, along with "Shout shout and shout some more" Davina McCall who has no talent whatsoever.

    Good luck with the project.

  12. I would ban to the pits of h**l all glorified violence and sexual promiscuity !

  13. Big Brother - its just sick the way it gets chavvy people to strip and parade about and upset one another just for a bit of attention - the people that go on it very often appear to be mentally unsound.

  14. 90% of the programmes on TV I would get rid of, especially ITV, what a load of rubbish and the presenters are awful.

Reality Television is dire, never seen so much staged tosh.  Soaps are just depressingly awful.  Trouble is so many programs are dummed down and have really lax storylines, poor performances and absoloutley awful scripts.

Also too many American imports coming in, lets have some more home grown programs.

  15. Graham Norton. I really can't see what makes him such a good presenter because he's not funny, he's not charming, and he does that awful laugh thing - ahuh-ahuh-ahuh-ahuh...

    Really annoying.

  16. Fiona Phillips and Lorraine Kelly. Oh, and Paul O'Grady.

They are the sort of dim-witted, up-themselves people who make you want to vomit the minute they appear on TV.

  17. Lorraine Kelly and Richard and Judy.
