The Heat, T-Wolves, Bobcats, Kings, Buls, Clippers, Knicks, Nets, Bucks, Pacers, Grizzlies to name a few. Mainly teams who weren't playoff bound. A lot of moves have been made due to player trades and very talented draft season, so it will be intesting to see how these teams perform. IE. Clippers, Heat, Chicago, Toronto should be ones to look at, even the 76ers with the EB trade can give the eastern conference more competition. In my opinion the teams that will remain in the "stink" category will be the Kings, T-wolves, New Jersey, Memphis, Charlotte, Bucks, and the Knicks whose moves aren't being made for this season, but for future seasons ie. NJ Nets are fishing for the big free agents in LeBron and D-Wade.
