There are some goodlooking people on both tours but I don't think they'd make the cut as models let alone supermodels. To be a supermodel you have to have something special, that wow factor/marketability that stands out from the rest.

Of all the girls in the top 100 I think Hantuchova would be the most successful as a fashion model and an ideal candidate to be a supermodel. She's photogenic and has a recognizable walk that could make her successful in both print and runway.

For the guys Feliciano Lopez would be the best candidate because of his chiseled features and sculpted body.

Fashion models? None.

Have any of you seen the state of male fashion models, they are skinny, feminine looking, and often have high cheekbones. Male fashion/catwalk models don't look anything like tennis players- there is hardly any muscle on them! However, if you mean strictly in the ad sense - that appeals more to consumers than the catwalk, then James Blake has done some work for some high brands. Nadal could possibly also (like underwear ads).

Women, same story. Put them on the catwalk and they'd look big! Fashion models really are tiny, with very low BMIs and many of them being around 16/17 years of age. They also have a very unique, not classically pretty look. They have high cheek bones, full lips, and wide set eyes. Their legs have zero muscle and zero fat. I agree the two Marias and Ana could model for men's magaizines or sports clothing, but put them on a cat walk and they would look ridiculous.

Check out this Prada ad, the female model in this ad is huge in the fashion world and I would say she sports the classic model look. Í'd say the man looks pretty classic 2. http://www.lifeinitaly.com/fashion/img/p...

You can't tell me any tennis players have bodies like them!

Edit: Sasha is skinny yes, but ABSOLUTLY normal in terms of the catwalk, and not as skinny as some!

Seann - Daniela Hantuchova, yeah shes certainly thin and maybe if she lost the muscle in her legs, but her face doesnt scream model to me. And neither does her skin. Check out Lily Cole, Lily Donaldson (my fav), Gemma Ward, and Sasha Pivovarova - all top models. I do agree Daniela Hantuchova  does look the most like a model tho, but I don't think she would succeed greatly by any stretch of the imagination.
