Which The Country Uses Maximum Amount of Petroleum & Petroleum Product and Producing Air Pollution ?

I doint think the total use is the problem, it really lies in how cleanly it is used.  The US probably uses it's energy more cleanly , by far, than any other country.  My god!!, just look at Eastern Europe, and the Asian community.
