Which Universities in Sweden,Germany or other countries offer Free or inexpensive tuition?

In Germany universities like

- Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena

- Technische Universität Dresden

- Universität Leipzig

and many other universities have no tuition fees.

Sweden has no student fees at all and good universities are

- Uppsala universitet

- Stockholms universitet

and of course many other universities.

Sweden might be a better choice, because everyone understands english and many courses at univerity are offered in english as well.

In Germany it's much harder to find good english lectures.

(I'm a German studying in Sweden, so I know both university systems)
