In the UK, there are many private colleges which offer degrees and post-graduate degrees from many established Universities for a very affordable price.

However, as you can imagine there are many bad colleges so you need to realy find the good quality ones.

Denmark!

University education is free in Denmark for EU citizens. Look into it! Kopenhagen and Aarhus have very prestigious universities.
