Which University of Puerto Rico?

Im interested in going to University of Puerto Rico. I want to major in Biology/Pre-med but i dont kno which one is best. I heard Ponce is best in Law, Mayaguez is best in i think engineering, and Rio Piedras is large and has more major. I dont kno wat to choose. so any suggestion?
