Which VOIP company is good in Australia?

I am looking to get an VOIP service for my landline and wondering what companies are good with VOIP in terms of performance, reliability and value?

How much do i normally pay per month with VOIP? I am using Optus landline now and pay between 40-60 per month on the Homebasic.
