  2. You don't need vitamin water to excel in a sport.  Water is the best bet.

Vitamin water will not give you that "burst" of energy or "increase" in skill.  Yes, there's vitamin content in the water.   But not enough to make a difference at that moment.

Plain ol water will do just fine.

Volleyball is not an intense physical sport where you run for long periods of time.  The average rally lasts around 20-30 seconds and then a break between points.  An average game may last around 15-20 minutes.  Therefore, don't worry about using vitamin water to give you the "extra edge".

  3. Well, there is no Vitamin Water specifically for volleyball players - I would know, my whole team drinks the stuff! But what you want to look for a flavor with Vitamin C. Iron is always imporant for a volleyball played performance during a game or just practice, and Vitamin C is used to strengthen your iron absorbtion. I am not sure if all Vitamin Waters contain Vitamin C, but look for the ones that do.

    Good luck!

  4. There is no particular drink that is volleyball-specific. I would just suggest you drink water, it's the best thing for you. But if you just have to drink Vitamin Water, I would try a couple different flavors and see which one you like the best. You wouldn't want to drink something that tastes bad, would you?
