Which WalMart stores (City & State) offer Cash refunds - not just Store Credit for Gifts without a receipt?

I have some gifts from WalMart that I would like to return; I do not have the receipts & do not want to ask the givers for the receipts or tell them I already have a few other gifts like theirs.

Where are the WalMart locations (City & State) that offer Cash refunds without a receipt, and not just Store Credit?

Most stores only offer the option of Store Credit and not Cash refunds when a person tries to return a gift without a receipt. Some stores offer Cash for the balance of the Gift Card when it is $5.00 or less.

I’ve heard that a few stores, like WalMart stores (at some locations) offer the option of Cash or Store Credit for returns of Gifts without a receipt.

Which WalMart stores locations (City & State) offer Cash Refunds; and what other stores (Names, Cities & States) offer Cash Refunds for returns of Gifts without a receipt.

Also, any help and/or ideas on some good “Gift Card Exchange” organizations out there?

that is messed up, just keep the gifts even if you dont like it. its the thought that counts.
