Which Yu-Gi-Oh cards is better between Thestalos and Mobius Monarch?

I don't really know which one is better if I am playing Marco Monarch deck. Since I already have 3 Caius and 1 Razia already and I am not sure which one should I put in 2 Thestalos or 2 Mobius. Can you give me some suggestion? Thanks!

add one side the other. if you ru into a player who puts too much in the back row, side out thesty for the next round. a good monarch deck should always have lots of options in the side deck. some monarchs just don't work against some setups.
