There are a couple,here are a couple.

Lord of d and the flute of summoning-allows you to summon 2 dragon type monsters from your hand.

King dragun (fusion lord of d + fusion material which allows to take other ones place)-specail summon one dragon type per turn.

Kaibaman-Allows you to sacrafise kaibaman to summon a blue eyes white dragon from your hand.

(i forgot it's name but it's got 1200 atk and warrioir) allows you to specail summon a monster from your hand.

There are a couple more but i do not know of them.

armed dragon LV3 lets u summon LV5 if u just wait one turn

there's also masked dragon and flying kamikiri to special summon LV3 which then on ur turn u can special summon LV5

Well i havent played it for a long time but i got a few cards here...but like these cards let u summon the monster in its name like

* The Creater Incarnate - ttribute it to special summon "The Creator"

Theres a hole bunch more but i only have these effect monsters try to search on google

*Pyramid Turtle-When its destroyed as a result of battle select 1 Zombie Monster with a Defense of 2000 or less from ur deck and special summon ..( this card is good cus mostly some zombie monsters have low defense =] )

*Red Eyes B. Chick- Send the card from ur side of the field to the graveyard to special summon Red Eyes B. Dragon

ew dude ur WAY too old for this.  especially if you can register on yahoo! because you have to be 13 or older and since youre 13 or older and your asking this... PRETTY SAD
