  1. Bulimia by far.

you have to eat to live. and its a vicious cycle by that. b/c eating disorders are centered around food (its a distraction among other things) . its proven that eating disorders are the hardest addiction. and I believe that.

of all mental health mortality disorders have the highest mortality rate (meaning more people die from them)

  2. honestly, since they are kind of different, they are both equally hard to stop.

  3. Heroin

  4. For me I can tell you it took 3 full years of no smoking whatsoever before I finally lost the desire for it. It was a bad 3 three years for me.

  5. bulimia.. because a person can ween themselves off ciggarettes.. but food is a necessity for survival, so u have to face your addiction several times a day, everyday, for the rest of your life..

  6. to me i would say nicotine

  7. Bulimia is not an addiction, its an eating disorder.

But I've beaten both and cigarettes are far easier to give up.

  8. Nicotine is physically addictive.

Bulimia is a bad habit. There is no physical addiction because it is not a substance.

Neither is healthy, so it doesn't matter much which is harder, both need to be addressed and conquered.

  9. It depends on how bad a person is hooked.  In general, I'd go with nicotine.

  10. uh.

i would say nicotine because it is a chemical in your body.  Bulimia you can go to therapy and get help for it.

  11. Nicotine because it's in your body and it has stuff that makes you addicted to it.

Bulimia can be get ridden quickly just go to a therapy session and then voila. Bulimia isn't really an addiction, it's just a habit. BAD habit.

  12. Ohh no I would have to say Nicotine since it is a drug that your body forms a dependency on, while bulimia is all in your head. Of course they are both probably hard to quit.

  13. There's no easy answer to that question and I think it would depend on the person and how long they either smoked or had bulemia.

Ciggerettes are a mental and physical addiction and I've heard it is more addictive than heroin. It can be almost impossible for some people to quit and a power beyond their control. However new medications can help with quiting and some work really well for people and makes quiting much easier.

I think smoking is more of a straightforward thing and while there are mental addictions and emotional attachments to smoking that are hard to break I think the long term suffering of someone with bulemia is worse and the deep seated psychological reasons it manifests may be harder to overcome. It is more complicated than a nicotine addiction and I feel it would be harder to completly heal from. Also food will be more in your face than tabacco. As far as stopping smoking or stopping throwing up imminently I would say it depends on the person and their motivation but I belive having belimia is much harder and a worse perdicament than being a smoker.
