Don't tell me the company that uses the phrase on the commercial. I want to know who was responsible for coming up with the phrase... thank you.

  1. I would seriously doubt whether the tagline "Can you hear me now?" was coined by someone at Verizon Wireless. While not impossible, it's a bit improbable, especially given the fact that an entire advertising campaign was built upon the line.

    Most people don't think in terms of advertising campaigns when they come up with slogans. This is more the domain of a copywriter or a creative director.

    Verizon's advertising is created by an agency called Lowe, which is headquartered in New York. I've attached a link to an article that talks a little about the campaign and tells a bit about the genesis of the ad campaign.
