    "The Premier League Enterprise Academies have been funded through a variety of stakeholders. Regional development agencies (RDA) have been particularly supportive while the PL/PFA fund has also helped clubs with funding.

    A sustainability model is being developed through charging for the programme to be delivered in schools with each school utilising their Enterprise Allowance.

    The funding breakdown for the clubs can be summarised at present as

    • RDA Investment - £718,000

    • PL / PFA Fund - £660,000

    • Other - £1,134,000

    Total = £2,512,000
