Which agency you could recommend for RNs?

Agencies in Cebu, Philippines. My bro-in-law is still on his way of getting the requirements to work as an RN in the US. I wonder if there is an agency in Cebu that you could recommend. For us to approach someday. He is planning to work near or in the bay area, California. Thank you so much!

Christine, your brother-in-law, with an RN and legal immigrant status, will be welcome anywhere.  I don't know anything about the agencies in the Philippines, but I do wish him well.  Some of my favorite doctors have been Filipino.
